#CHALLENGE 2 Min Veg Sandwich
For 1 Sandwich
Ingredients:
- Multi Grain Wheat Bread
- Cheese Slices
- Garlic eggless mayonnaise
- Onion
- Cucumber
- Tomato
- Olives
- Salt
- Chilli flakes or Black pepper powder
- Pizza Seasoning (Optional)
- Green Chopped coriander (Optional)
Most of the ingredients are easily available in your kitchen so it’s a quick shot sandwich that can be prepared for breakfast or dinner!
Preparations
Slice all the veggies
Let’s Make it, Now!
2 Multi Grain Bread Slices
Prepare both of the slices by applying Mayonnaise
Sprinkle salt as per the taste
Sprinkle chilli Flakes as per your taste.
Sprinkle some pizza seasoning – I always save extra seasoning sachets every time I order Pizza 😉
Place 1 cheese slice on 1 bread slice
Place all the sliced veggies on Bread with cheese slice.
Place all the sliced veggies on Bread with cheese slice.
Place all the sliced veggies on Bread with cheese slice.
Place all the sliced veggies on Bread with cheese slice.
Keep the 2nd bread slice on top!
