It’s no doubt that I am a foodie, big fat foodie! But once in a while its good to have fun especially when you cook something great at home. And getting a helping hand in the kitchen from your husband makes it more fun 😉 Anyways let’s cook together :-
For 2 servings
Ingredients:- Â
- Sliced Potatoes/finger chips
- 1 tbs grated ginger
- 1 tbs grated garlic
- 1 big sized chopped onion
- Chopped fresh coriander
- 4 Â spring onions
- 1 tbs chilli sauce
- 2 tbs honey
- Salt as per taste
- Chilli flakes as per taste
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
Directions
Put some oil in a frying and let it it. Deep fry some finger chips and let them fry for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat. Take them out  once they light golden brown in color and keep it aside.
Now, get another cooking pan and put 2-3 tbs oil in it, let it heat.
Put chopped ginger and garlic in heating pan
Now add chopped onions in the mixture and saute them for few seconds
Now add salt, honey, chilli flakes and red chilli sauce and mix them well for a minute with the help of spatula
It’s time to add the fried finger chips in the mixture! Put all the finger chips in mixture, mix them well till those chips get covered in deliciously melting honey mixture.
Once these chips are all covered in mixture and you are about to turn off the flames, just sprinkle the sesame seeds on it.
AND You’re done! sprinkle chopped coriander and spring onions and serve it HOT! SSSSSSSSSSSHHHHH hot spicy 😉
