Ingredients:-

- 1 small onion
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tbs Corn Flour
- 1 cup Milk
Directions to Cook:-
Cut them till death – Chop the Broccoli in small size and keep the florets & stem separate
The reason to keep them and boil separately is, since the stems are hard then florets so it takes much longer than florets to soften.
Fill a pan with 2 cups of water and keep it on medium flame.
Boil the Broccoli till they get soften and bow down to their knees
Put the stems first in boiling water and let them boil for at-least 5 minutes, now let the florets & garlic join the boiling party and boil them for 6-7 minutes.
Once your Broccoli mix looks feeble
Once the broccoli looks soft and easy to crush, turn off the flame. Keep this mix aside and let it cool down for a while.
