Are you a workplace trendsetter-We all wonder, how those B’town actresses have beautiful skin  and how do they stay too fit and toned for a profession that requires them to be perfect on camera. Let’s fit our ears into one of the actress’s kitchen and know her 0 size diet plan to reveal what she eat on a daily basis or on her busy schedules before bikini shoots.

Day 1

Sometimes I don’t have anything until later only a morning coffee and then something to eat which is gluten free with some yogurt till 1 p.m. In the morning, when I have to complete some of the personal tasks I have to be there forever, after finishing the the task and meetings all day long. At 6:30 p.m. I’ll eat some chicken or something with full of protein  in my car only or just plain chicken from Whole Foods. When I am running around to different things like getting lasered or do few girly things. I usually have to eat in the car while travelling or reaching to some place. And then by 8:30 p.m. I would go for some shrimp salad and peanut butter cookies with some handful of dry fruits.

Day 2

In the morning I will have some oatmeal in breakfast at 9 a.m. Then I’ll have lunch at my favorite restaurant and in between I’ll have some more amazing gluten-free cookies as a snack. In the night, I’ll go for some fresh paneer dish with boiled rice. After that mean, When I have shoots coming on this week then I’m working on a rehearsals so a lot of my down time is spent doing clothing, makeup and trial rounds or things like that. At night, I’ll opt for a glass of milk with some fruits.

Day 3

I will have oatmeal breakfast again at 8 a.m. as its going to be a hectic and productive day so I will work until 6:30 p.m. I will visit the sets of shooting a scene. At home, I will have some sweet potato hash and I like to cook but I actually don’t cook that much. I kind of just throw the different sliced veggies together in a wok and toss them for a while and I’m not, like, amazing. Then I’ll  just snack on rice crackers and veggies in the dinner. When I’m really busy, I don’t get very hungry. Even if I’m not shooting scenes, generally I’m dealing with a lot of other stuff, meeting and visiting different places. Also, when I work on any particular bikini shoot or bathing scene, I usually don’t eat a lot on set. Also a lot of people don’t like to eat before these kind of scenes because it makes them feel kind of fat and bloated. Like I  myself don’t feel slim and glamorous anymore.

Day 4

Next Morning I’ll have yogurt and an apple in the morning by 8 a.m. and I’ll be working that day, too. So about 11 a.m. I’ll have some fresh healthy salad and then at 2 p.m. I’ll have coffee and some diet chips or snacks. A lot of time at work we’re just sitting on our asses. I’ll just probably just sitting around bored, munching. By the time of 8:30 p.m. I’ll have some corn or vegetable soup, and If I still feel hungry so I will go for gluten-free breads with cream cheese and Oreos sometimes. I’ve been gluten-free since last year, but I’ve cut it out of my diet before. It is suggested to go gluten-free to stay away from different skin problems and allergies. I normally have really amazing skin but sometime I am wondering, what is happening to my skin. I’ll cut gluten out and my skin won’t get worse. My doctors suggest me to eat much cleaner and suggested me to follow a specific diet plan and take out any food that causes inflammation like peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, even coffee. I know coffee is sometime and addiction  and ;( I’m trying to stop.

Day 5

I’ll have some shake or fruit smoothie at 9 a.m. At 11 a.m. I’ll eat some fresh fruits. I won’t eat much this days as I know, I was going to shoot the scenes. And I knew It is going to be intimacy scene or scenes for bathing, shower or bathroom advertisement so I won’t really eat very much. At night time when I get home I’ll have fish dish or veggies with rice and plain chapati in dinner.

Day 6

I will wake up by 7:30 and will have some green tea at 8 a.m., then at 1 p.m. I’ll  have corn and vegetable soup. When I have few meeting scheduled that day so I’ll sneak in a juice in lunch time by 2- 3 p.m. At 9 p.m. I will go for non-spicy sabji, chapati with rice.

Day 7

Only a great tea in the morning till noon and I will go for a spinach salad. At 5 p.m. in the evening I’ll eat my leftover spinach salad and some mashed potatoes. And by 7 p.m. I will snack again on fresh fruits or watermelon and then some more gluten-free cookies. I’ll for for a small workout in this busy week but not in the gym. I’ll take a Strongboard Balance in my living room or garden to do squats, lunges, or whatever on it. It really helps me keep toned when I’ve had a busy week!
