WHY I INCLUDED SESAME SEEDS IN MY DAILY DIET

Sesame seeds!

Well I always hated them since my childhood. I never knew its history but they are the oldest nut known to mankind. Not just the sesame seeds but I’ve never eaten or been healthy in my entire life. My life was and is still about junk and spicy food.

After struggling a lot of years with frequent health problems, skin and hair fall problem. I just wanted to stop all this health problems drama and i decided to make a move and to include something healthy which will not only save me from frequent health issues but will be responsible for upcoming healthy life.

Recently I started shredding lot of hair even after the medical treatment and was tensed about it. When I got aware about this above mentioned breakfast skipping fact, I wanted to eat something healthy every morning but the problem was, my family don’t consider any breakfast in the morning. So I decided to include the sesame seeds in my morning routine.

Sesame seeds are not only good for health but they adds a lovely crunch to different cuisines. Sesame seeds are also known for longevity as they include a combination of vitamins and minerals which make it one of the healthiest foods in the world. According to Hindu tradition these seeds are the symbol of immortality.

Sesame seeds are full of vitamins, nutrients and minerals which are mandatory for the maintenance of healthy scalp and healthy hair. Just like our skin, If using its oil it provides the beneficial effects on the scalp while fighting with various scalp problems. As the different study says that Sesame seeds contains essential fatty acids like omega-3,6 and 9 which initiate the hair growth. Sesame seed oil promotes hair growth by nourishing, conditioning and initiating a healthy scalp. This oil can be used by warming it up a bit and regular message with it. It will not only penetrates the hair scalp but increases the blood circulation. It works like a liquid vitamin that which is a great food for hair roots and shafts. Regular massage acts as a deep conditioning on the scalp and combats dryness, flakiness and clogged pores which causes the different hair problems.It’s oil is known for hair darkening qualities which is helpful for people suffering from premature greying.

I hope you all know that protein is also responsible to get soft and healthy hair, sesame seeds are a good source of protein  so they are the perfect to include in you daily food diet routine. Just sprinkle them over the honey chilli potato or fajita salad and get a perfect healthy dish on your plate.

Prevents Diabetes

In my family, there is a diabetes heredity and i want to be cautious any how from this diabetes cycle coming from 1 generation to other. Sesame seeds contain magnesium and other health nutrients which are proved to combat diabetes. Magnesium is also known as anti-cancer property in sesame seeds. Not only this but Magnesium also prevents asthma and other respiratory disorders

Good for Anemia

Sesame seeds, especially the black ones are very rich in iron so they are highly recommended for people suffering from anemia.

For Digestion

Constipation is the root cause of different health problems. I too used to struggle with the same. Sesame seeds are also responsible for healthy digestive system. As high fiber helps to smooth the functioning of the intestine and make it easy to waste disposal and relieving constipation.

    You are right sesame seeds play a big role in hair and skin care. In fact my mother in law vouches on sesame oil for her lustrous thick hair she had been suing from childhood.
