It has been too long, since I posted my last review. I can’t even remember what was the last product I’ve reviewed about. Well, let me update you that I am settled down here in Canada recently. So here is my very first review of high-end skin care brand from Canada. 😉 And I swear by this deep pore daily cleanser now.

To be honest, being an explorer; I was exploring the new city or I should say the new country (Canada) and stumbled upon the Kiehl’s outlet in a mall and I got offered few sample of skin care line from them. That was the first time I got introduced to this great brand.

My take on Kiehl’s Rare Earth Deep Pore Daily Cleanser

Having oily and acne prone skin could be a curse for every girl but for me, it has taught me to take good care of my skin and created a desire to found the magical products that works for sensitive/oily skin and that desire lead to started this blog to help others with my honest writings. I am suggested by my dermatologist to use salicylic acid cleanser from long ago and I must say it definitely works for my skin except few small acne once in a while but I wanted to give this cleanser a try as it contains amazonian clay and salicylic acid as well.

The packaging of this cleanser didn’t fancy me but I am always more interested in the end results. The sales girls in the store too had oily and acne prone skin so she convinced to try once. When  you look it’s packaging, it says “with Amazonian Clay”; you might think it as a natural product but it’s a chemical based product you can tell from its ingredient list.

The smell of this rare earth deep pore daily cleanser is very mild and i think it’s good for the sensitive skins. Even I try to avoid hard smells for my face. I could smell a hint of coconut water and hues of alcohol in it but trust me it’s very bland that any nose can take it easily 🙂

Consistency, color and the texture of this kiehl’s deep pore daily cleanser is almost clay alike. If you take it on your palm, you literally gonna feel it as if you’re using a white clay as a cleanser. Post cleaning your face, you will be amazed with its fresh and smooth feeling. I love how it cleanses and detoxify my face as well as keeping it moisturizer. I am in love with this product already. 

There are only few downsides of this product is:-

• It’s a high-end product and everyone can’t afford it easily. But its results has done the great judgement in terms of prices.
• Sometimes after a whole tiring day or humid day, I want a squeaky clean feeling on my face. This is the moment, when I prefer something a lil harsh to get rid of the traces of dirt and sweat from my face.

BUT a BIG THUMBS UP for this product.  I definitely recommend this product for oily and sensitive skin people.
