Thrilled by the Koovs.com’s Customer service but Jabong Just Ruined…

This post was a long due, even I just realised today to check out my draft section and publish everything I had in my mind and saved for future. First of all, let me tell you honestly that this is not a sponsored content (you can tell from the ordering summery screenshots) – It’s just a quick review as a favor to thank koovs.com for making my day with their pleasing customer service.

koovs.comSitting on my couch, I was in mood of online shopping for my cousin’s upcoming wedding in the month of April. I was so excited and happened to order this AE-TEE Diamante Bracelet With Ring (matching with my dress from disgusting Jabong, which never appeared and ruined the occasion) which I really wanted from long time.

Long story short – I ordered this Diamante Bracelet With Ring on 5th April by COD, on 6th it got shipped and on 7th It was in my hand… Can you even believe it? I got so delighted by koovs.com service that I even put a facebook status to thank koovs.com. Koovs.com for me is a big savior from that day. It’s in my hit list of online shopping site. koovs.com

Koovs.comAs soon as I opened the package, I was so glad to see that box which made me feel like “someone is treating me like a princess” 🙂 . I could see few letters and notes for thanking me to shopping from them. The one and only complaint I had from Koovs.com was bracelet chain’s polish quality. I already realised it but the chance happened that I bought a similar chain necklace from a local jewellery store. The polish quality was so prominent and anyone could tell the difference. The Necklace I bought was INR 700 and the bracelet cost me INR 999, it looked like this bracelet polish will come off soon, it was so uneven.

But after getting enough points to praise them, I just ignored this thing and made my mind to let them get served 🙂

Jabong truly spoiled my occasion! The one word – “Disgusting

I don’t even wanna waste my time talking about Jabong, but I promised to one of their executive on twitter that I will praise your service and I am doing it right now!

jabongIn short, I called jabong and had a word with their team before ordering, if they can deliver my dress on max by 13th morning then only I will order. I got their answer by saying, yes you order it then call on the same number and it will be surely delivered.

I ordered my desired dress and notified them about the delivery on 13th.. from that day, I kept calling them I had to hear only one line from their support team “We can only try, we can’t commit”

Now my question is, when I called before ordering, why did your support team suggested me to order when they knew that Jabong can’t commit? 

Who the hell given you the permission to ruin someone’s day?

Not only this, SHAME on jabong, who is always good in marketing themselves and says “Be you”.  Let me be honest. I bought a jewellery, shoes and everything matching to that dress for which I was waiting to get till 13th afternoon. I finally didn’t get and made a choice to wear something already worn from my wardrobe. They never even called to say sorry or shown me any courtesy for ruining my day!
