How are you doing! I am not a lipstick girl, Just have few but as Lakme is known as a reputed brand plus I’ve already experienced some good product like Lakme CC Cream, Lakme Foundation so just felt to try out this Lakme Enrich Satins Lipstick! Today I am sharing it’s review with you girls!

 My Take on the Lakme Enrich Satins Lipstick

As per my past product experiences, Lakme really does reflect a great brand Image in my mind. The packaging of this lipstick looked sober yet sophisticated to me. It comes in a dark Maroon Matte outer case with golden color tube from inside which is sturdy and travel friendly but the dark side of this packaging is, it gives no indication of colour from outside so it can be time consuming stuff to locate the colour you are looking for. On the outer shell ‘Lakme’ is engraved on the golden strip.

As I am writing the review, open the lipstick kept in room temperature.. i can see, it is releasing some small oily drops.. Its melting or can’t bear the humid?? NO ANSWER! 

It has very average smell neither very lucrative nor bad. Even in this hot temperature, my lips are behaving very odd and dried out so badly that I have to use Lip Balm so frequently thus I wanted a lipstick which could keep my lips moisturised for hours. It really gives and opaque coverage but as the Brand claims “This long-stay lip colour glides on effortlessly”, Yes, it is so moisturized but I really couldn’t see the long lasting effects in it! As I apply the lipstick & all set to rock the look, After 1 hour or so I just couldn’t find the swipes any more on my pink pouts!  

Apart from all, as i removed the cello tape to open the lipstick, I could see the golden paint coming out with tape (Check out the 1,2nd pic) and lipstick was also damaged from inside. I suggest the Lakme brand to increase the level of customer services. The Lakme Girl on the store literally just irritated me as she just kept gossiping on phone without giving the enough attention to her customers including me!

Overall, I just don’t recommend the product for girls who are looking for long Lasting effects in Lipstick! Not Recommended!

The Not-So-Good Things about Lakme Enrich Satins Lipstick 

• Too much motorization made it short stay
• Not very Pleasant smell
• Not pricey but not even worth the price
• Leaving some oil drops
• Melting in humid

Would you buy or recommend?
