Product Review of Zenith Nutrition Dietary Vitamin K2 as MK-7 Supplements

The New Year has started with the new month.. and so it’s time for the ‘New You’. If in case you’ve failed to follow your New Year resolution in the previous month—Then this is the time to give a kick-start and discover the new YOU!!

For being healthy—We always prefer to take supplements, Good diet & do proper exercise—But rather we generally don’t get the most out of it.

It can be really hard to find effective vegan dietary supplements which are easy to swallow and are good in taste, too. Finally I’ve founded one & will call it my Favorite!!

She takes it on regular basis which has also promoted her bone health. She once got fracture and couldn’t recover from the pain for few months. But after taking these supplements.. She saw the results within few months..!

Precautions To Take..

• Keep these Supplements in a cool & Dark place.
• If you miss the dose, don’t double the number up. Take on the next scheduled time.
• Prefer to have Zenith Nutrition Vitamin k2 as MK7 supplements with water or orange juice.
• Avoid caffeine and hot drinks as it will increase the loss of minerals from the body.

My Experience:

• At times, she had high blood pressure issues.
• Never ever take too many Supplements together.. It’s going to harm your body & you’ll not be able to avail benefit of any.
• Slightly dizziness while standing up and moving was seen for few days.
• Also, her fingers use to get numb when the tablet was taken empty stomach.
• If taken excess dose, It can cause severe liver damage & may also harm the other organs.
• It also helps in maintain sugar balance.
• A bit expensive.

Also, I’m still taking these supplements. They’re doing wonders for me. . But do consult it with doctor first before taking..!!!
