Delfoo – Online Food Ordering, Such an aweful service spoiled our Diwali

Hi Everyone,

How was your Diwali, I hope you all enjoyed this diwali. Well mine was all spoiled by Delfoo and its collaborated restaurent “O2 Ristorante” Well the name looks so stylish yet modern. They say don’t judge a book from its cover and we judged it wrong.

Let me give the timeline how my Diwali went, what we planned and exactly how we celebrated!

As it was Diwali so the streets and all the great restaurants were too filled and crowdy, So we decided a small evening get together with the family and after dinner we thought of roaming outside or chill out somewhere.

[tabgroup layout=”vertical”] [tab title=”7pm to 8pm“]We had a chit chat and decided what & from where to order.[/tab] [tab title=”8pm – 8:15pm“]It was the first time we decided to order from O2 Ristorante by Delfoo online food delivery service .[/tab] [tab title=”Our Order was“]Crispy Chilly Potato – Dry, Cheesy Beans – Quesadillas, Red Strawberry Mocktail, Paneer Shawarma, Mexican Enchiladas, Paneer Malai Tikka – Dry, Potato De pallets[/tab] [tab title=”9:17pm“]It was estimated food delivery time from Delfoo.[/tab] [tab title=”9:10pm“]We got a call from Delfoo, that Paneer Shawarma is currently not available, It was already 9:10 so we angrily asked them to cancel the order. So they gave us an option to avail Paneer Shawarma from any other restaurant. I requested them to avail it from Mogji’s restaurant but they said they have not collaborated yet from Mogji’s. At last, I told them to avail it from anywhere they want.[/tab] [tab title=”9:15pm“]We got another call from Delfoo, that they can’t avail Paneer Shawarma from anywhere else and asked us to order something else and suggested Quesadillas Espinacas instead of that.[/tab] [tab title=”10:00pm“]After waiting waiting and waiting finally we received the food by 10:00pm, which was 45 min late. And still they asked us to pay 50 rs for the changed order for Shawrama[/tab][/tabgroup]

My take on Delfoo and O2 Ristorante

  • First of all, I would Like to thank both of them to spoil our Diwali!
  • I would suggest Delfoo to collaborate with Quality food restaurant not with any random just to get the bigger org.
  • If you guys think, you/restaurant is running out of time, atleast show lil courtesy to call the customer and tell them the estimated time.
  • You should take feedback from customers and terminate the restaurant as per the ratings.
  • Even if you didn’t collaborate with Mogji’s, can’t you do just a small favor to compensate the late food delivery and YUKKY FOOD ever from O2 Ristorante.
  • Shame on you to ask Rs 50 even after spoiling our Diwali and multiple calls to let us know that you can’t arrange the dish we want.
  • O2 Guys, We request either you change your chefs OR say NO to the customers that you are not working but atleast Don’t spoil anyone’s mood and the festival. YOU GUYS SUCK BIG TIME! We had to throw your food and ordered from somewhere else!
