DELICCA POWDER FACE WASH REVIEW

This review has been long due and even though my facial skin is too delicate and sensitive but I really wanted to try this Delicca powder face wash and form a solid review to share with you guys. So without much ado lets just jump straight into it 🙂

About the product: Delicca face wash is gentle on skin, washes impurities, dirt, removes pore clogging, excess oil and helps lift away dullness from the skin.

Doesn’t over dry and leaves the skin moist and look fresh.

My take on Delicca powder face wash: The one and only reason I wanted to give this powder face wash a try just because of this powdery form otherwise I am pretty much happy with my Ahaglow S face wash suggested by the dermatologist. I got this powder face wash just a day before I left for my Goa trip as it was long journey hours by train and its a spill proof dry powder.

The packaging of this product looked an average to me but then what more can anyone expect in this price. This powder face wash comes in an unbreakable black traditional looking plastic bottle with flip open cap with pea size hole which makes it very convenient to use the product.

As the name suggests Delicca powder face wash, this face wash comes in a powder form and lemon yellow in color. consistency of this powder is not very smooth like any other talcum powder but its more alike a washing powder…. Issssssh! 😉

The smell of this is powder face wash is not very fancy but smelling it fewer times, I started sneezing. The top notes of the this face wash smelled like something medicated. Not only in powder form but even after washing my face, the kind of smell i get is not at all great.

As the product claims, suitable for all skin types & wash is gentle on skin and helps lift away dullness from the skin but seriously from my heart, I don’t feel this face wash does something extra except washing the face. While having super sensitive skin, i don’t feel like including this powder face wash in my daily skin care routine. It looked like I’ve washed my face from soap and felt harsh.

Overall, girls with normal skin can include this powder face wash in their daily skin care routine but without expecting much from it and girls with sensitive skin like me have to be careful while choosing these types of basic products.

The Not-So-Good things about the delicca powder face wash: 

• Not gentle for sensitive skin
• Unpleasant smell
• Doesn’t do something extra as the product claims
• Seems like a soap in powder form

Would you recommend or buy?

I won’t recommend this powder face wash to the girls having sensitive skin like me but girls with normal skin and doesn’t have any particular skin care regime can go for it.

While having sensitive skin, I won’t buy it.
