Today I’m reviewing Dove Intense repair Treatment Mask  to repair damage hair. Actually i bought this Dove mask few months back for my mom as i was not in need that time but then I just stole this mask from her bathroom rack 😉 I always buy a shampoo along with its matching hair conditioner (don’t we all do? )  Yesterday I had no conditioner left in the bottle so I decided to give this mask a try. And I’m so glad  to get the great results and now I am SO IN LOVE with this mask!

How to use: As your weekly hair-care regime, apply a palmful and massage onto freshly cleansed hair concentrating from the middle to the ends. Leave for at-least 3 to 5 min for best results. Rinses out easily.

My Take on the Product:

Like other Dove products, this treatment mask comes in a sleek, matte white packaging with the brand ensign on its lid. This is a medium size tub which is lil broad in width. I’ve always been a big fan of  Dove Products. The tub is full of information about hair and scientifically proven facts which is good  and let us know how this mask works. It contains 200 ml of product so for the price, its a reasonable as well as a luxurious indulgence.

The hair mask is white in color and of  thick creamy consistency. Consistencyvise some of you might feel it kinda too thick to spread onto hair. It took some time to spread coz of its thickness but anyways it washes off easily without rubbing much. It has a very pleasant soft, fragrance with the hint of sweet bubblegum smell.  It’s like the luxurious spa kinda scent. All in all, a very pleasant sweet fragrance. The scent definitely lingers and makes your hair smell very delicious after shower  I must say, my hair TOTALLY LOVES this mask! I have dry, frizzy, uneven wavy hair and this masque totally tames them without weighing them down. It has made my hair very soft and lustrous as well as give them a right amount of moisture.  It has even added a bit of a shine to them and they actually feel so much stronger now. It has reduced hair breakage considerably.

Believe it or not but sometime I use this mask for a special purpose. As I’ve uneven layered hair but still I love the kind of layers I have. So sometime I apply this mask to create my waves even and more beautiful to love them.  big Muaaaaah  Recommended!

The NOT-SO-GOOD things about Dove Intense Repair Treatment Mask: 

• Too thick to Spread out
• This is not necessarily a con but  for girls who have straight, fine hair might feeling weighing down your hair by using this mask, so use it just once a week instead of every time you shampoo.
