In this busy life whether you are a housewife or business women, sometimes it gets really difficult to balance everything together.  It can take lil time but is not impossible! Even the impossible says: I-M-POSSIBLE. Lots of studies have already proved that one can have more healthier, more fulfilled life when he is a positive person.“Positivity means, acting positively as well as being realistic and able to tackle with different situations.

So, are you ready to remove all that negative vibrations you have? I’ve known some helpful tips from here and there from different positive people, which are really helping to be more on positive & brighter side.  Listen to their advice, and I’m sure you’ll find a way to put a positive spin on the not-so-great things that happen in life 🙂

Something happens that makes you feel either good or bad, It depends “how you interpret what happens.” They say you shouldn’t try to change the way you feel about different situations but instead focus on how read the world around you. Example: Your cousin is not coming to your home from for a long time even after calling so many times. Is it because she doesn’t like you much? Probably not, but if you’re not an optimistic person that’s the first thing you’ll think. “When something happens like this that makes you feel bad, try to look for another and more positive clarifications,”  because maybe it turns out that your cousin wanted to come to your house at a specific day but then suddenly some strange situations bothered her right away or back-to-back meetings. Her lack of response had nothing to do with you. So it’s important to think about the other possibilities, so you won’t feel bad about yourself and blow things out of part. Try to continue with this positivity in your life and your brain will eventually get trained to naturally seek more positive explanations for the stuff that happen to you.

We’re always thankful when something good happens. So, this may sounds crazy for you if I ask you to consider some of the bad things in life as gifts. “When we start being  thankful for not-so-good things, in addition to being grateful for the obviously good things, our attitude to see the things will begin to change,” says David Mezzapelle, Mezzapelle says life is a series of ups and downs, all of which are necessary to achieve success across many of life’s themes. “That acceptance makes every day easier and it contributes to our optimistic outlook,” For example, getting laid off from any good opportunity isn’t a good feeling, but remember it’s also not the end of your life or this world. Let’s think it this way, may be its a sign that another good opportunity is already on its way start the next phase of your life with a better job.

Believing in you.  “But, if you’re optimistic, it just means you can’t do it yet.” Even if you’re not feeling so confident about a task, you have to believe that you’re able to achieve it. And, remember, not everyone aces everything on the first try. The say “practice makes perfect” and it exists for a reason.

The solution is if you want to maintain or cultivate your wisdom of optimism, then you need to stay as faraway from pessimistic people of the world as possible. It may be difficult or almost impossible as those negative people can be your family members. But, you can bound your moment in time with them and close the eyes to their negative babble. So from today, actively surround yourself ith people who want to make a difference in the lives of others. And, that optimism will certainly pay off.
