My Health Care Routine for Healthy Eating & Healthy Living

While it has been so many unhealthy years of teenage, seems like it’s finally a spiritual realisation for living healthy from within. After emphasizing many times on healthy eating and healthy living, here I’ve collated my health care routine I’ve started following in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle & my step by step personal experience with every single activity.

Pure Amla Juice/Powder

While I always had a big problem with eating right and healthy, constipation was the evergreen thing of my life. Because of that unhealthy stomach, different problems came into existence while I grew up e.g hair problems, acne etc. They say, all the problems start with unhealthy stomach. I made rounds to different doctors to cure the problem of constipation, but no full proof results. Obviously, when you don’t eat healthy then you solely can’t depend on medicines. Doctors prescribed artificial fibre, I used to have bowl movements only when I had those fibre. To cure this permanently, I did some research on how to eat healthy and decided to include amla juice/powder in my daily diet. Amla is known to cure lots of health issues like eyesight, hair problems, stomach problems. I am really liking the results and no more constipation in my life, will surely continue to have it everyday.

Sesame Seeds & Oil

I was also struggling with irregular periods but It never gained my attention before marriage. I was staying far from family so while in unawareness, I used to be happy for late periods. Less periods meant less pain for me. That’s not funny, I know 🙁 After marriage, I was alarmed about its complications. It made me to continue different trips to different gynaecologists, they unleashed about the water cyst in my ovary. Which causes the problems like weight gain, hair fall and other internal problems. Then I realised, how unhealthy me and my life has become. So I researched and glad to know the solitary health benefits of black sesame seeds

Even the different studies says “Taking black sesame seeds can heal all the chronic illness after 100 days, improve skin tone on body and face after 1 year, reverse gray hair after 2 years, and regrow teeth after 3 years.” With that cyst treatment, I incorporated this health food in my morning routine and using its oil for my head massage twice every week. The visible results after 2 months, I noticed that they have enhanced my hair and skin quality. I used to shred thousands of hair, you got me right; I literally mean thousands of hair. Now after using sesame seeds and oil, I rarely see my shredded hair on pillow, dressing table etc. Seriously recommended!!!

Refreshing Mint & Cucumber Drink

Our internally body contains lots of toxins due to stress, fried and unhealthy food. To help release those body toxins easily and to feel rejuvenated & refreshed. I love to have few glasses of this homemade fresh drink made cucumber, lemon and mint just after I leave bed in the morning. Not only in the morning ritual, I like to survive on this drink while I have thirst of water.

Exercise

The term “lazy” defines me truly in terms of exercise whether it’s a walking, jogging or yoga. One of the main reason is “motivation”, while I like to do the activities at my own and at home which includes handing this site. I rarely go out to make friends. While I am lacking of a bestie or best buddy to jog or cycling in the morning. I had no motivation to go for any kind of outdoor exercise and never enjoyed jogging or running alone. So I decided to opt for a treadmill, I recently got it and kept it in front of T.V. So that I can walk on it at least 15 minutes a day without getting bored.

Except all, I like to have fresh fruits, stir fry vegetable salads, fresh Juices, green tea, yogurt in my meals.
