Hi Gals,
It has been a while since I have posted my last review on Clean & Clear Face cleanser. I am currently not into buying too much of cosmetics and stuff. Even if I buy, It has to be something that I use on daily basis. While visiting the drugstore, I saw this Maybelline Fit me foundation on sale and couldn’t stop myself to try one. Here is my take on it:-
For: Normal to Oily Skin
Matte+ Poreless
My Shade: 220 Natural Beige

My Take on the Maybelline Fit me foundation
Packaging: I hardly care about the product, how it looks like but I care about its dispension of the product. This foundation comes in a glass bottle and I am fine with it but I always expect to get the pump dispenser. This Bottle comes with a regular black color lid. Which is kind of messy to use the product. It is sometimes hard to control the amount of product you want to use. You can’t take it directly on the foundation brush or Beauty Blender. So it is always a great idea to take the desired amount on your palm or hand and use it.
The smell is not very pleasurable, you can smell a hint of alcohol but it not too harsh. Anyone can go with it easily.
Since I am always cautious about my oily skin & non-oily products, I think this is the great matte foundation in this reasonable price. Doesn’t crease around my nose like some other thick foundations I have used. So far no break outs and I have been using it for about two weeks. I would say this is a decent foundation.
I’ve been searching for a foundation for my oily skin (with large pores) that can stand up to the humidity. After trying several high-end and drug store foundations, I finally found one that can hold up through the work day. It’s has a beautiful Demi-matte finish. It helps blur my pores to make them less noticeable. It never settles in my pores or fine lines. It’s currently one of my favorites. It’s super lightweight, yet I feel that it has a MAC foundation type of coverage…minus that mask feeling you get with MAC makeup. It’s the only drugstore foundation that I’ve found so far that looks the least cake and most natural.
