Wearing MakeUp At The Gym—A Big NOO!

Who doesn’t love to look like a pro at the gym?

Well, I do!

There is a list of Do’s and Don’t to be followed before heading the gym. Being stylish will surely turn many heads round—But, being comfortable at the same time, is utmost important, though. Wearing Make-Up at the gym is the dreadful thing you can do to your skin. Of course, we go to burn out your calories and not our skin—Right?

Girls, a minimal of makeup is just fine. But doing a heavy air brush contouring type makeup to the gym is just not OK. Later it might cause breakouts and zits on your skin AND you’ll end up sulking this decision.

As said, precaution is better than cure, so here’s a guide to cheating YOUR way to an unblemished skin!!

  • Use Minimal Of Cosmetics

Going to gym bared face is like a nightmare, if you do apply much of make up regularly—But girls, while doing workout, we sweat a lot. So the make up might up smudge and spread up!

(And I’m sure, you don’t want to end up looking like a Vamp!

So, The less the make up—The more your skin will be able to suspire)

  • Let YOUR face breathe

 

However, cakey cosmetics makes lines on your faces when you sweat off. It clog pores and the result is pimples. So the cosmetics used should help the skin to breathe.

  • A Big NOO To Foundation—Embrace The Simplicity

Applying foundation covers your scars and marks. But For the gym, it’s too heavy. A breathable make up is suggested and foundation will make your skin look very oily.

  • Girls, Tint YOUR Lips

A dark and loud shade is just not perfect for the gym. A basic tinted lip balm will look subtle and will moisturize your lips, TOO.

Tip—Apply a but of balm on your cheeks to give a blush look!

  • Doing Eye makeup is not a good idea

Let’s agree to this fact—Eyes speak a lot about you. Highlighting eyes and a bit of smokey makeup is loved by all the girls—After all, we see tutorials to try them out—Right? But trust me, wearing eye make up to gym is like torturing your eyes—Come on, YOU can’t be so harsh to yourself!

While doing cardio, we sweat a lot and the makeup will spread up and it’ll cause irritation in the eyes.

(I’m sure no girl wants to have Raccoon eyes!!)

Waterproof based products can be still used. You just don’t have to worry about smudging and can easily concentrate on your workout.

Makeup is applied on the surface which gets absorbed in the skin leading to blockages and congestion in the pores and no girl loves blackheads.

Give your skin an instant boost with a face spray after your sweaty workout session. You can also make DIY facial Spray and feel fresh and keep your skin hydrated!

Girls, no one ever expects YOU to walk out like a Diva after your workout. Don’t be stressed, too. After all, you go gym for yourself not for others. So never ever compromise your workout for looking great!
